You can delete your CourtWise account at any time. Deleting it erases your data and can't be undone.
In the app
Open CourtWise and tap Profile.
Tap the gear at the top of the screen to open Account. Then tap Delete account.
Confirm with the code we send to your email. Deletion is immediate.
Without the app
Write to [email protected] from your registered email, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 15 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account and access through your email
- Your player profile and your answers to the 13 questions
- Your logged training sessions and your training days
- The items you saved in the Catalog
- The sessions Maria created for you
- Your conversation with Maria
- Your authorization regarding pain or injury
What stays
- Backups are replaced within 30 days. Until then, they stay protected and are not used.
- Technical logs of code requests (contact and IP address) are erased within 30 days.
- A record that an account was deleted, without your email or your data.
