What CourtWise is
An app for self-assessment and for organizing tennis training sessions. It's in testing and is reaching people gradually, so some features may change.
Not medical advice
The training suggestions are for information only. If you feel pain or have an injury, see a health professional. You train at your own risk.
Your account
- You sign in with a code sent to your contact, without a password.
- Each email or number has a single account.
- Keep access to your email: it's how you sign in and confirm requests about your account.
Minimum age
To use CourtWise, you need to be at least 18 years old.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the app to abuse other people or the service.
- Don't use bots, scripts or other automation to access the app.
- Don't try to access accounts, data or parts of the system that aren't yours.
Maria
Maria answers automatically. Her answers may contain errors and don't replace a coach or a health professional. Maria answers only about tennis and may decline requests outside that topic or against the rules of use.
Catalog content
The strategies, drills and sessions in the Catalog belong to Among, CNPJ 58.088.554/0001-72. You may use them for your personal training.
Price
CourtWise is free today. If anything becomes paid, we'll tell you beforehand, and nothing will be charged without your choice.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time: see Delete your account. We may close accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
CourtWise is offered as is, in a testing phase, and may go offline or change without notice. We do our best to make it work well, but we are not liable for injuries, losses or damages arising from the use of the training suggestions or of Maria's answers, nor for failures caused by third parties, except where the law, including the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Brazil's Consumer Protection Code), says otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We'll let you know by email or in the app before relevant changes to these terms.
Governing law and venue
These terms follow the laws of Brazil. The courts of your domicile are the chosen venue for resolving any matter about these terms.
